Oh it the White House feed with the plea deal being heard on hot mic. From experience, it’s no accident. Someone heard that and turned the mic up during broadcast

It could have been anyone with access to the mixing console, if you hear the audio after 'plea' where it gets trippy (lot of debate between who heard 'for a guy' and who heard 'for bidet''), the feedback when the volume fades back down, has been done from the mixer in real time
