Correct, but I think it's also true that the longer this shit goes on the less likely it leads to a positive outcome. If it's up to the military and they wait, the less legit it becomes. If they know the Biden's or anyone else is guilty of treason, sedition, etc. and they continue without acting, then they too are guilty of a crime. Who does Durham report to? If Biden sits in the oval then it all gets swept under the rug. If the impeachment ends with Trump being adjudicated as guilty, then instead of a orderly transfer of power back to Trump it becomes a bloody civil war. Just ridiculous.
