According to the LARPer, SCOTUS is just a front. If the tribunal finds that fraud occurred and Biden is illegitimate, they will force SCOTUS to rule accordingly.
They are doing this because they fear the optics of DC being under martial law.
And of course, if that's true, I vehemently disagree. The military is acting as cowards at that point - protecting people from reality because you are afraid of temper tantrums from the feminine left is pointless.
And if OP is wrong or disinfo and SCOTUS isn't a front for military tribunal, we're screwed. Because we know SCOTUS will buckle like a fart in the wind. Where's Q when you need him?
Oh, I guess I didn't get that from what I read. It makes sense what you say, bc I don't know of a SC case regarding the election was still going on with the SC.
why the fuck would we be putting our hopes into SCOTUS again?
fool me once shame on you...
SCOTUS will do nothing. Thankfully we have the majority, but who knows who will defect.

Damn dude chill, I'm not dooming, I used the word "if" just like you used the word "supposedly".
He's not saying the SCOTUS justices are on the case... he's saying there is a military trial happening in the physical SC building.
They evacuated the Supreme Court building on the morning of the inauguration.

Exactly.
Is any of this OP even remotely accurate?
Does SCOTUS in any way have an authority over any military trials / tribunals, or could SCOTUS be called in to preside over any military tribunals?
Are any of the fundamentals here even sound?
When Graham asked Kav about military vs. civilian law, they talked about how they are 2 separate bodies of law.
Even I know that; you have the UCMJ and then normal civilian laws.
Why would you want a civilian court in any way involved in military issues?
Just because civilians are on trial at the MIL tribunals?
