Is any of this OP even remotely accurate?

Does SCOTUS in any way have an authority over any military trials / tribunals, or could SCOTUS be called in to preside over any military tribunals?

Are any of the fundamentals here even sound?

When Graham asked Kav about military vs. civilian law, they talked about how they are 2 separate bodies of law.

Even I know that; you have the UCMJ and then normal civilian laws.

Why would you want a civilian court in any way involved in military issues?

Just because civilians are on trial at the MIL tribunals?
