I can believe Russian/Putin are white hats. Hard to believe CCP is white hat though. That is a stretch.
If you are a Cabal with relatively few members, but your small group has designs to take over the entire world, what better place to start than with an entity that already has authoritarian control over one seventh of the world's population? The CCP are being used as tools. They will not like it when they realize that they are not in control. They are not White Hats because they have their own designs to be master over the Earth. They would, at one point, be in competition with the Globalists.
Ahhh, the old enemy of my enemy thing... a temporary alliance to take down the cabal then. I could live with that.
Also remember this post was made in 2017. I highly doubt white hats would still coordinate with the CCP after all they've done since then

There are different factions in CCP as well. Xi might be a white hat for a while at least. But he has disappeared since the New Year. I can't find any reliable sources of information regarding his current capabilities of functioning as a leader. Rumors say that he has got brain tumor and had to had two surgical operations early this month. Based on what I have just learned, Xi launched a series of extensive and intensive anti-corruption campaigns during the past years. These campaigns may be related to the Q operations. Because of these campaigns, the enemies of Xi inside CCP might also want to take him out from leadership. Because of the complications of his surgical operations, Xi might have become a puppet himself as well, or he might have already been dead. Anyway, CCP can never be trusted. They are evil.
This is what I think. This is why the anti-corruption propaganda of CCP's leader has been such an important tool in keeping the enemies of Xi at bay and ensuring safekeeping of the Chinese economy. All the same, Xi will never lose his political supremacy in the near future. This is probably what it will take for him to get promoted. All the same, all the good things he will do could be limited. But it is better than death. For that, CCP is going to be in trouble. They need to keep him from losing power. This could be quite a big problem for China's economy. So the enemy of China's economy could be the anti-corruption campaign of Xi.

That said there are white hats in the CCP government and military and they are helping, whether or not they will survive doing that is a different matter as the insular position of aspects of Chinese power structure may make the ability of the rest of the white hats to help them a somewhat tenuous affair at best...

I’ve had thoughts about that too. As far as Russia/Putin it appeared to me especially the “soccer ball” that was handed to Trump by Putin is when I started thinking that they were working together behind the scenes! With China I’m still pondering. Speculation on “Rothschild’s” and the “satanic cult” having strong hold over leadership there. Kind of like NK I believe “cia” had a strong hold over them as well for appearance of threat to the USA and world! Just throwing that out there and trying to connect dots. Thank you ?
