I could have sworn they delayed it until Jan 22 a while back in order to "avoid getting political." Has that begun? Anybody have any info about it yet?

They have not decided on it. Prob running the votes through the dominion machine now! Hahaha
No my theory they are waiting for the audits to come in and be added to the discovery phase. It’s my understanding that the Supreme Court doesn’t hold open trials. That each document that is presented is your case in full. The read both sides mark off the counter point that shows the correct proof and then go from there. Personally I feel this should be an open trial and the civilians should be the jury. Since it does include us.
Text: 1 for yes or 2 for no. Lol
I don't think that case has anything to do with audits. It's an article 2 case, strictly an interpretation of the constitution, as I understand it.
The state Governors/Secretaries of State changed their voting laws without going through the state legislature, as clearly stated in the constitution. That is what the lawsuit is about.
Based on that it should be an open and shut case. Ha ha.
Supposedly, docket date of Jan. 22, this past Friday. Though I keep checking since and so far I see absolutely nothing in the news. Odd.
They held a vote on if it should be allowed to proceed, it was 15 NO to only 6 YES.
The case was thus dismissed as moot.
Who's "they?" Aren't there only 9 Justices? Do you have a link to that story?
they did election type vote counting duhhhhhhh
