Could be... except white is NOT the best color for a hanging scaffold. There is generally a good reason why they are typically brown. Less clean up, hides the stains better.
If they install a trap door in the floor... and a hanging post above the structure... it would begin to make more sense. At least then it might be useful.
Is there a closeup of that building. It is very strange. Does not look at all like a viewing stand. Are those windows. What does it look like the hard structure is made of. I have seen "cloth" hangers and temporary office bldgs but nothing like this. Anyone out there familiar with temporary structures.
I saw a feed that included the top of St Johns or the house across the street where they put state visitors and where Truman lived when they were doing renovations (I will remember the name at 2 am....I am old)
I have yet to read any sort of explanation as to what that structure is for? Anyone heard anything about it?
A similar structure was erected for Trump's inauguration parade opposite side of Trump.
But they didn't have a parade this time.
Why is it still erected?
Why are guards patrolling it?
Why was it not taken down after inauguration?
Inauguration is held at the west side of the capital not at the WH
Do you have a picture of the trump structure
Hangin’s.

Stains are proof

But, the thing is 3 stories tall. Viewing areas for media, maybe - but what will they be viewing? Firing squads? Gallows?
There is a gray "command trailer" next to it as well.
There is usually someone patrolling on it at all hours, and it's always lit.
There is no reason for that to be there for the "inauguration", as nothing happens at the WH (as noted).

Ya but we need somebody familiar with types of temporary structures.
Are there snipers on the roof top? If not, nobody occupies the White House.
They are disassembling it!
Omg! They moved the camera up! You can’t see it now!!
