Don't look too deep on this one. The military does not shake hands or salute while standing on post at attention. And you definitely never salute anyone while indoors. This is all standard stuff.

I'm just wondering how far can the punishments go against these Traitors AFTER convictions happen in courts of competent jurisdictions, with fair & truthful trials already having taken place. I'm talking GUILTY FUCKING TRAITORS, not suspects, etc. REAL GUILT, not Russia-Russia-Russia.

She wasn't denied the handshake. Honor Guard protocols not to make sudden movements or any other movements outside their commands given to execute their duty. I know this because i have done honor guard. We do not shake hands regardless when we are in that capacity to perform Honor Guard duties.

There are at least a few other references to other military not saluting already posted here that are better examples of military not being led by Biden. Not saying this isn't odd, however this one has just more of a reasonable explanation as to why no salute over the other examples.
