They were surprised when I said I had no plans to get the vaccine. They asked, "what if it were mandatory?" And I said, "then we'd have to have a serious conversation about that." The subject was changed quickly to something more light-hearted. But it seems like they're at least considering mandating a vaccine in order to work at this office. And if they do decide that, they'll be looking for a new manager for their shipping department.

I will say as a person who has to carry an epi-pen, my employer was well aware that I wasn't going to be taking it. I only wished I could use this for these stupid masks that they are mandated in the office. I rip that thing off as soon as I am at my cubicle, outside the building and try and work from home as much as possible.
HIPAA Guidelines are meant to protect your health privacy, use it. 'I cant wear a mask and you have no legal standing to ask me why I cant wear it.' Aka fuck off
Good approach, there's up to a $50,000 fine for each instance HIPAA is violated.
HIPAA only applies to medical and insurance providers.
You should qualify your opinion by saying, "I have no clue what I'm talking about but I don't think HIPAA applies to employers."
Here's the archived version of hhs.gov/hipaa/for-individuals/employers-health-information-workplace which proves you are spreading misinformation.

Lucky. We on shop floor are mandated to wear them and if we have them off for 1 minute they write us up. The office people, however, don’t have to wear them in their separate offices or cubicle like you mentioned. One of our HR ladies was panicking trying to find her face diaper to put on when I walked into her office to talk to her. That was amusing at least
I start taking it off as soon as I leave the cashier.
I’m ripping it off my face when I get into my locker room. I work second shift so there’s not a lot of people around anyway lol
I would find at least 5 issues that I need to go to HR about just for the panic effect
I’m about to the point where I may need to bring it to the company’s attention that we don’t like the masks. Unlike the office people we can’t take them off when we’re in our little bubble. They’ve gotten to where they make sure to mention in our daily meetings that we need to “stay focused”. We’d be focused if we didn’t have to deal with face diapers.. fools. We’d work harder too.
Hope you stocked up on those since Biden removed Trumps EO to lower epipens
I'd seriously "pass out" because that's what the face diapers are doing....severely limiting your oxygen and increasing your CO2. I wonder if they want to pay for your medical expenses. It's long past time for a lawsuit. They truly have NO right to impose "medical" advice or orders on you or anyone else. Every compliance, everyone who submits merely strengthens the demons.
Not to mention The chances of getting bacterial pneumonia.
Some folks mask are just vial.
Yes, that's one of the other "gifts" of submitting to tyranny.
If you have any allergies or asthma you have a valid medical condition that makes wearing a mask unsafe for you. I told my employer I could not safely wear a mask and he accommodated me. Fauxi himself wrote a paper on how during the Spanish Influeza, masks likely caused more deaths than the flu via bacterial pneumonia.
