Had a professor read from his grandfather’s journal. He said when he was in college (~1900-1910) you always knew which guys were from Arizona because they always carried their guns.
Fellow Texan here and I second that! I never got a lic cuz I always wanted to stay under the radar and have zero paper trails on anything. Permitless carry. Oh boy oh boy!
Alaska is already there. AK Supreme court ruled that the 2A is your permit. Any other requirement constitutes an infringement. They got that one right. And the right to privacy, they got that right as well
True, and it is sad that such measure need considering and taking.
On the other hand, the fact that it is being done is good, as this means maintain, support and defend the US C is operational. And State Rights too have a function.
Already have it here in KY. Oh and nothing on the books against open carry, either. Notice you didn't see any stupid shit outside of the lib strongholds of Louisville and Lexington during the BLM/Breonna Taylor protests.
Ohio here, and we have open carry correct: no laws shall be made to ban it. That is how it should be across the spectrum in regards to 2A. Our CCW law, although appreciated and a step in thebright direction, is still horseshit. My gf took he course a few months ago. Applying for the actual permit is by appointment only at the Sheriff’s office, after you complete the course, in your own county or any adjacent county only. The absolute earliest she could get an appoint was mid-July...and it still takes months after applying to be approved
florida here....I'd rather just have legal open carry for more than just boating and camping. It just makes sense....everyone in Florida is already presumed to be carrying anyways. I mean, I'm sure you're all familiar with florida man.
Already got it in Idaho.
There's very few shootings, and everyone's reeeeal polite.
Arizona too!
Alaska also!
Oklahoma also

The fingerprinting is by far the sketchiest part of it.
As a native Tennessean, I also approve this message.
In Missouri you don’t have to have one either
Native Texan here as well. Actually in the process of taking the online course for LTC. I’ll still be stoked if they pass this!

Not in one these states but, I wish you well! CCW instructor here and I think it should be an individual right. I think it’s just a tax.
We are in a sad state of affairs when we are excited about being “allowed” to exercise a “right” that was already God-given.

It's not like "the bad guys" follow the rules when it comes to where/how they carry their weapons....
We need nationwide federal laws for truckers to be able to legally protect their "homes"
