My thinking is that it doesn't make sense to use a double that that also has dementia. Why swap out the old Biden for dementia Biden.

On the other hand, the physical appearance does seem to be different.

Something doesn't pass the sniff test, but I'm not sure exactly what is going on other than perception seeming to be different from reality.
