wonder if the compromised Supremes will uphold the constitution against this illegal act?

Hell no
Pedo Joe has 4 years of criminaling to make up for. LOL
He will push through everything the DS wants in about a month in order to get us back on track for the 16 year plan.
For the lawfags out here - do DC and PR have to go thru a process that includes the fifty state legislatures "allowing" them into the Union?
This is a good thing in the long run. D.C. currently is not part of the USA yet controls us. Accountability would be much higher. Truthfully, D.C. should just be absorbed by Maryland.
You have to remember that the area that encompasses DC was once part of Maryland and Virginia. They created Washington City in 1790 because they felt it was important to have a Federal District that was separate from any state land since it was the states that were considered sovereign and the fed was just a neutral body to keep all the states playing together nice.
If they are going to create a state from DC, then I would hope Maryland and Virginia would first sue the government for their land back.
Finally, no where in the Constitution is the federal government given the power to create government - AT ALL. Once again, the Dems completely ignore the Constitution.
If we still had law in this country, all of them would have been removed under Amendment 14, Clause 3 but the US no longer has a Rule of Law, or even law for that matter.
So why exactly are Americans paying taxes?
American's are paying taxes because, unless they are illegal or work as a stripper or waiter, people are no longer paid in cash or money order. People just accept that 38% or more of their gross income are being ripped from them before they are even given the first dollar they earned.
DC only exists on the Maryland side of the Potomac. Virginia reclaimed its land before the civil war.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, wasn't sure how long it would take for someone to go there; thanks for not disappointing!
