The How

This is to train to fast. You can go whole hog and start fasting right away however I was a weakling when I started so this guide was super helpful. Longest I ever fasted was 12 days, only water and with Dr. supervision. Spoiler Alert: I did not die! :) After day 3 it was a whole lot easier. Combining that with prayer is necessary for certain demons and prayers.
Including fasting is necessary. This demonic forces are entrenched, and fasting is necessary.
