I met that dude! One of his old Buddy’s Larry Glaze is a local LEGEND one of the first Navy Seals, these dudes where no shit hard as fuck back in the day. Both where POWs in Cambodia before Vietnam war kicked off. Then when they got out they where immediately sent to do a 50km swim with charges to plant on the missile silos during the Cuban Missile crisis’. When he got out he started making Antler Furniture and lights. He popularized live edge tables. He does all of the celebrities home like Ted Turners house and all the previous presidents homes. He didn’t make shit for Barack. Hated that dude with extreme passion. He died in July 2019

I had a neighbor who was in WWII in the Navy. I think he was a Seal before there were Seals. Some of the stories he told were incredible. He told me he was once dropped off in the water at an island near Japan with a knife, a handgun and a watch.... Was given his orders and told to be at a certain place at a certain time - If he wasn't there he was on his own. Can you imagine? I could sit for hours and listen to him. He never detailed what he did, but just listening and reading between the lines, he was a Badass!
RIP Patriot Beal. Thank you for your sacrifices.
