You can say that for certain people. But Juan O Savin has been saying since last year that he is making all his bets with people he knows that Trump will be president by April 1st. And that everyone who threw in with Biden will be made the fools. He's been very clear that he hasn't made his bets around the inauguration date of Jan 20th.
