In this particular advertisement it is selling Adrenochrome semicarbazone (AKA carbazochrome). One can be made from the other, but both are bioreactive and "useful" in the way it has been suggested they are being used. I do not know how carabzochrome is produced in the body or synthetically off the top of my head, but I could figure it out if I dust off my physiology or o-chem books respectively. Of relevance I have heard of both molecules being a part of the drug aspect of the whole "Adrenochrome conspiracy."

Also of note, I have seen adrenochrome for sale on the same site. I can't find it with a simple search. I can't find the carbazochrome above with a simple search either. It is hidden in the regular search engine on the site. There is likely a special keyword to open up the black market stuff (like there is on google). I saw the regular adrenochrome from someone else's link. Not sure where now. Regardless, it is there, and it is for sale.

I appreciate being skeptical, but don't be so quick to rush to judgement just because you find something that isn't quite as damning as someone says (in this case it is, it just wasn't stated correctly).
