Only have an AAS in Electrical Technology. Was an Election Inspector for many years, mostly with the mechanical machines. Systems they have now - not good at all.

He does not have the patent for QR codes nor did he invent it. The QR code system was invented in 1994 by Masahiro Hara from the Japanese company Denso Wave.
He needs to put some false flags out.
This is near proof of fraud in and of itself. If there is too little fraud to affect the outcome, then just let him find that.

Where does this fit in with free speech? I'm not starting an argument but I feel like I just expressed an opinion and got penalised for it and I don't really know why.
I wasn't spreading confusion I was saying what my opinion was and even to make sure I wasn't spreading confusion I said it was just my opinion!! What rule does that violate? Check my posts I was praising the mods only a few minutes ago and then this happened. I'm quite upset by this
