I've been a quake fagger before it was a thing. Lived through Dec. 3, 1990 New Madrid quake that was predicted to the day MONTHS before. To be honest, when it happened I had never been in an earthquake before. It felt like the building had been hit by a Caterpiller tractor. It was a jolt. Went outside until all clear.

Went to seismology building where there is a Richter scale live to look at the massive spike from the quake.

Went home and there was cracks in the drywall. Lived through several more minor quakes after that.
