I can say that the "Ring of Fire" are natural. Chile, California, Japan is part of Ring of Fire. You have an earthquake within the Ring, you can predict within some accuracy when the next one will hit by following fault line.
To be honest I never really watched Middle East or Europe. BUT Central Asia was my watch, that is near Middle East. There have been odd shakes that made no sense for last 3 years. Which why I'm interested in DUMBs. I do not prescribe to it, but there could be something.
Antarctica is often visited by the "elite" or i.e., John Kerry too frequently to be there for science. I always envisioned that they built some underground bunker for what purpose I can not surmise.
Yeah over the past years if you see unexplained earthquakes, chances are they were building the bunkers. It would be amazing if we can find historical data and chart out earthquakes in different regions and their depths, and find statistical anomolies for those at 10 km depth.
Also if you see earthquakes at exactly the same location (10 km depth) a couple years ago, and now again, its even more correlation that its a bunker.
