Aren't the Q drops a giant codebook and doesn't this look like someone who knows how to use it? Why do 2202 and 2230 seem to refer to current events and "Panic in DC" but 2151 and 2223 don't seem to line up? Or is this apophenia?

The first two pins were in Mar-a-lago. The second two pins were in Trump Tower.
This means, whoever posted the pins were actually in both these locations. The two markers for each location might indicate the beginning and ending times of the meetings.
They are saying that some important meetings are happening there, and we will hear about them in the news, and we can check the times and verify that they were indeed part of this meetings.

I'm guessing it's dependent on the time zone the poster is using but someone with more experience than me would have to weigh in on that.
