Was President Trump not smart enough to realize the deadlines to his EO would fall during the Biden administration and POTUS would expect Biden to fulfill the actions necessary to carry out this order?

Absolutely not, I think this solidifies the idea that Biden is a fake president, He is merely a place holder till all the evidence was gathered and gives the military the time to decide what actions needed to be carried out.

POTUS is still in control, he would not have delegated this authority to sleepy Joe.

The best is yet to come.

The Biden team and media must know it's all a sham. So why go along? They must have a gun against their heads. The military must've told them .. play along or else. I wonder who else knows?
