That's what I would think.
The fact that she has to invite them to try to get their attention & cooperation in something that should go without saying is pretty telling... Implying that they have not been, kek.
At least I hope so, considering this is where my career dreams & prospects are at!
Sounds like she is making it a spectacle instead of the admin being an actual leading body and take action.
