PACER is the federal court filing system. Since around the time that Q started or shortly thereafter, people started tracking the number of "sealed" criminal filings. Some argue that there's a difference between a filing and a case but even still, the number of sealed criminal filings has increased exponentially, leading people to believe there are thousands and thousands of sealed criminal cases pending against members of the cabal/deepstate whatever you want to call it. Reasons to seal a case or filing would include because you don't want other criminals to know who is under indictment, talking, etc.

When are they unsealed? Are they all stamped with dates to unseal or are they awaiting action by someone or a someones?
When it's time to go to trial I would imagine, or at any point it was felt they could be safely unsealed.
