He even had two opportunities to do so. Once for the inauguration, which is tradition to be flown in on AF1. Once again for the ceremony at the Unknown Soldier in Arlington, Texas. -Edit: It's Arlington, VA. Oops. For both he flew a private jet.
Isn't Air Force 1 technically any plane the President is in at the time?
I get what is implied though...
That's a technicality.
The actual plane designated for travel of the President is decked to the teeth with all the military gadgets, EMP protections, Faraday cages, and command center computer systems in the event landing during a national disaster, military or otherwise, is not possible. This aircraft is not in Biden's hands, from all the evidence thus far.
There are two air force one 747 aircraft. Obviously would not fly to Arlington. He did fly on Marine One, or at least an actor got on Marine one. That walk was nothing like a biden walk.
Blades moved and it took off. I don't think there were any edits. Military may have been willing to allow an actor to take off. It was not Biden. No way Biden walks like that. He slowly turns and takes baby steps from the podium. This is all an act.
Not any plane he is on. Any Air Force plane that he is on is called Air Force 1. A civil aircraft with the president aboard is called Executive One. If he were on a navy plane it would be called Navy One.

I agree. My only point was when you said that they couldn't prepare the 747. Since there are two they could have. The private aircraft was flown before biden was "sworn" in so it would never have been called AF1. The question is after the fake ceremony.
Ah, thanks for the heads up. I got my Arlingtons mixed up.
