This is mostly because the entire cabal is circling the wagons around Biden in DC. They need to keep their puppet strings in place to keep control over what's going on. If Biden moves around then its hard for his masters to properly communicate with him without Q intercepting their coms.

This is VERY significant but not for the reasons you probibly think. The military WANTS Biden to get on AF1 and fly somewhere. Then they can set off an event mid flight(IE the coup in Burma) and record all the com traffic as Biden's masters check in to tell his team how to react and what they narrative will be.

Beyond that Biden is a potato. His mental decline is only getting worse. They can't afford for him to get off the plane and walk into the engine duct because he doesn't know where he is any more. Or worse maybe he will wonder(possibly even insist) over to the crowd and try to talk to them about his run for re-election in the Senate... in his head its 1984. The possibilities are endless.

There is also the possibility they are just doing maintenance and/or bug checks on the whole fleet. That takes time.

Here is a better question... why hasn't some other head of state been brought to visit the Whitehouse??? Isn't that SOP for a new POTUS. In the first month or so you schedule a state visit. Everyone smoozies with foreign ambassadors and the president of some country sits in the Oval Office for a presser.

If it hasn't happened... fine... has one even been SCHEDULED? Those things take a while to setup. What's the schedule like? When is the prime minister of (pick an EU country) going to come over and glad-hand POTUS??? The answer is never.

Why? Because Biden is a potato. He's gone. His mind is toast. Prolonged close contact with people who are not directly under the control of the cabal will reveal the truth. Then what? Once it comes out he's a potato there will be calls to examine him and know what's wrong... owe he has late stage dementia... so he's been a potato for 2+ years? but umm he just ran for POTUS... LIARS!!!

See how that works? They MUST PROTECT THE POTATO!!!

I can only assume their goal is to keep this up until the two year mark. Then get rid of Biden. How won't matter at that point because even if he's diagnosed with dementia etc they will say it started months after he was in office. Nothing to see here.

They will try to install Kamala for a 10 year run. I bet they make HRC VP. If that wasn't the plan HRC would have a job in the admin already. Just a guess though.
