There's still nothing in that video that can be prosecuted on. That's the long and short of it. They can just say it was a private ceremony or members club and say the parents are off camera, or getting changed in the next room.

It's weak and a nothingburger in terms of anything that would lead to arrests and thus nothing worth dying over.
