The most common chemical with "5,5" in the name is (1,3-dimethylol-)5,5-dimethylhydantoin, listed on shampoo and conditioner bottles as DMDM hydantoin (Glydant), which works by releasing formaldehyde. That seems a much better fit to both Q and my comment that pharma is worse than chemtrails!
To avoid the hydantoin rabbit trail, I note that "5:5" appears in many posts and in 2548 seems to be a synonym of "Comms understood?", a phrase also used repeatedly in different forms. It doesn't come up in searches for jargon.
