Snopes can be a little reliable if you know how to read through the lines. They don't usually tell direct lies, they lie all around the edges and deny as much as possible. If Dominion or Smartmatic was used in Myanmar I don't think they would lie about it to be honest, and this is coming from someone who hates Snopes guts. They sicken me, but their lies are more clever and semantic based than outright lies.
Snopes will lie head on, not often, but they do. I have seen it before. That being said, I am not affirming that Myanmar used Smartmatic. I am still researching the issue. The Myanmar Fact sheet seems to indicate they used paper ballots. Looking for alternative sources since that fact sheet says it was funded by the European Union, and I wouldn't trust those fuckers with 2 cents.
