Reminds me of the story about sewing radios into cats to bug people. The earlobe, though, do an image search on "plastic surgery side effect, pixie ear." Looks like basically the same thing? Would be nice if there were pics with a visible before and after height difference like h rotten cLInton but I'm not 100% on the ear being enough proof of a stand-in after seeing the pixie thing.
