Biden has no power over military. This is why we are smelling a shill. If you have been paying attention you will see a whole list of evidence the military are in control and dont see this guy as legit. So it doesnt mater what he does, military are now rogue agents. Any complicance will just be theatre optics for them to continue their work in secret
