I take that to mean:

-Pray for them to turn from their wicked ways.

-Pray for them to repent and turn to Christ

-Pray for them to tell the truth and set the record straight so that justice can prevail.

I see no problem with that. If they choose to run from God, they have no one to blame but themselves when they face their Creator and are judged accordingly.
