I can help. I have Premiere Pro. Where I have trouble is exporting the final media so it isn't 100GB. A 1.5 hour show is a lot of memory but to lower resolution is an awful tradeoff. If someone has some tricks for compressing would appreciate. The best way to do this would be someone to compile in and out marks with the time stamps.
make a rumble account if you are going to cut them down so we can share from there. It's pretty easy to just upload to that and we can download from there if need be.

I need the original video. Need to download the entire file to adobe premiere pro to edit. I don't see a downloadable link.
I have not. None of the links work for me. One opened apple music. I need the MP4. Quicktime recording off the screen would be 300GB. It's awful.
i have 2 X RTX 3070 GPUS in a high end machine - if that helps to crunch stuff ?
can you upload the movie to an ftp site so I can download and start editing?
There is a setting to export via "youtube quality" and that is usually reasonable and you can keep 1080p and above that is just a few GB.
Ok. Just need to use an FTP site to send around as email won't work. I could put on Brighteon.

I got it to 1,16GB with pretty good quality, the one I got using youtube-dl from the very first vimeo upload is about 1.8 GB
How do we download the orgininal documentary. I don't see a download option on the link. Streamable only allows 10 minutes.
ffmpeg -i "https://2-fss-1.streamhoster.com/pv%5F104/%5Fdefinst%5F/amlst:shpcd1/cb3f/204746/mf/1906956/playlist.m3u8" -c copy -bsf:a aac_adtstoasc "output2.mp4"
Thanks. Will try that.
Rather than passing the email around with an attachment you are better off uploading to bitchute and then distributing the link
I have a protonmail account as well. I am not sure out to PM but will see if I can figure it out.
