Preface, this may be a larp. But go with me on this. Here are Flynn's closing statements on the interview:

Say it out LOUD. Seriously.

Hold on to that bottle of wine.
"Hold on to that line."
I would not concede that bottle of wine.
"I would not concede the line."
This is a word game. Its code. I wouldn't have thought anything of it, but concede stuck out with me as it was not a word that would be normally used, but it has been used a lot in regards to the election.
He is speaking in code to us Q-Tards and anybody else that is paying attention. You are supposed to connect the dots based on the sounds of the words used, the way he used them in repetition, and the clue word: concede.
Like I said, this may be a larp, but his closing statements are too out-of-place to be a closing statement.
The only thing we've seen recently with wine would be Pompeo's tweet with the 5 bottles of Red wine.
Its not the wine. Its the message. I'm not linking it to a Q post or any other clue.. Nothing of the sort. He is speaking to us: hold the line and don't concede.
It was truly about as "hidden" as the Easter eggs I'd hide for my toddlers.
