Good friend is a State Building Inspector in Tampa -- they have to take training as regards recognizing traficking at SB venues.

Absolutely.

Plus, a lot of local Florida news reports over the years have warned female shoppers to not shop alone. Or to be careful so to not be followed in a parking lot. Florida news talks about these issues openly. Not sure if this news makes it nationwide with fake news controlling the national news scene.

Trafficking is dealing or trading something illegal. You can be a drug trafficker, for instance, or a human trafficker. It's frequently used for crimes related to sex because forcing women (or men) into prostitution is one of the most profitable forms of trafficking.
