On her report you can tell the Ip address ect but also if a change was made to Biden? How can they tell. He is in IT and says you can't tell if a change is made. Any IT people have any ideas how I can explain? Thanks for any feedback.

However, there is a small argument I could see where they don't release the raw data until it is in in front of a judge in the courts, or even something along the lines of classified methods of counter cyberwarfare that were used to retrieve the data, so they have to be careful with how they tell us it was released. idk
