This is what she was finished working on. Her work in this area is part of what led Google to fire her. Basically as far as I can tell it's using AI to detect certain language and then (I think) create it's own speech patterns.
It may be possible that they're trying to create an AI to analyze speech patterns for specific types of people in order to keep taps on them through their searches. That much I'm sure of. Probably to go after commonly known Q phrases.
They may be creating longer lasting deep fakes. Let's say people are being arrested for the Pedo stuff then you'll want to suppress info of the arrests if they're your assets. Deep fakes last the duration of their generated speeches. If you can procedurally generate speech patterns you can keep them talking longer. Google could theoretically use their searches as a data base for a speech pattern generator.
"Diversity" in tech actually means "conformity".
They can't figure out their own standards and they will shut down people with different ideas.
