I don't agree. There are too many differences in the photos. The light fixture in the top photo (behind Mike) is attached to the wall. There is no light fixture attached to the wall in the bottom photo. The light fixture in the bottom photo looks like a tki torch mounted at the corner of the railing. Plus, the windows don't match up. Also, the railings don't match up.

It's possible the light fixtures are attached from bottom and top. Tiki torch? I think it's a palm tree. Can't see the window properly from Lindell's angle, so not sure. Can't see the railing's details too closely in either zoomed out photo-so I can't be sure. Overall, it doesn't seem inconceivable that he could be there.

I think it's very plausible that he IS there, I just don't think the photos presented show definitive proof.
