Yeah I get it - the whole “we are trying to prevent riots” has grown stale. If the torture of children and the vile things are true than every day this is delayed is producing more damaged or dead kids.
Definitely not trying to send a message to Moscow.. lol.. Why do we have Russians on the ISS? Why do we trust them to help with our space program? Russia has been battling Soros for a long long time.. The great thing about Russia.. nobody pokes the bear.
