I've seen/gotten replies that ask for something to be explained that can easiy be found with a DDG search. Not to be rude, but I direct people to do their own research first - and honestly why would you 1) want to be spoon fed and 2) believe something a stranger on the web told you? In this age of disinformation, I think it's critical for individuals to find enlightenment through research and education, then come forward to validation/clarifcation/further discussion. Please correct me if I'm wrong and I'll consider an alternative approach. Many thanks.

I enjoy going out there doing the search and seeing what I can find but most often it has 'conflicting' information.
On one hand, I agree, Q has taught me not to listen to MSM or Fake Fact Checkers. ---on the other people come here for help and they are just totally 'clueless'. Seriously, I was on the fence about the Lord, knew little about politics, knew NOTHING TRUTHFUL about Trump, and very little about the world outside US. Now? My brain is overloaded with information.
Until people understand politics, MSM FAKENESS, the Lord, Trump, the Outside world and what is going on around them and the 13 families? Everything is going to see like a foreign language to them.
May Peace on Earth for all Mankind come to fruitiun this year.
While you may have a valid point, many people who ask for explanations, myself included, came here to learn as much as they could in a short period of time. The vast information surrounding Q and all of the subsequent off-shoots of information can be daunting and complex. Many people who come here to become more awakened have day jobs and don't necessarily have the time to research every rabbit hole that pops up. Many more experienced at this board have been here much longer and have had more time to learn and digest. As a retired educator of 30 years there were lots and lots of times when my students would ask "why" . Sometimes the approach was to guide them to finding the answers for themselves and other times it was more effective to engage them in discussion about the explanation...a teachable moment, if you will. Later on, in my principal years, I would talk with teachers about when one approach was better than the other. The answer really depends on the skill and knowledge level of the audience. The teacher, in this case you, has to be willing to foster a place to learn without making those who ask questions feel as though they are silly for doing so. Just my opinion.
I agree with this. I remember when Q posts came out, people would have discussions about the meaning. Someone would find a newspaper clipping that aligned with Q and would bring it into the discussion, another would find a tweet that aligned and bring it into the discussion and dots would be connected.
Someone coming here to learn now, missed out in those moments. I am positive that OP knows what he knows about Q through the community not his own research done in solitude.
Preach Peach! Very well said? I do understand the frustrations OP and others share, but there's always the option of not responding if you think the person shouldn't be asking for info.
Thank you for the thoughtful reply. You have a different perspective as an educator, and the skill set to go along with it.
I am more self-taught on everything - was forced to be to survive childhood - so it's my instinct to encourage people to learn on their own and come back.
Will try to be more patient moving forward, if I can provide proven and truthful information, and clarify what is only my opinion.
You're right, you're NOT our/their secretary. I DO ask for help when I'm unable to find information on my own, and I really appreciate that people do point me in the appropriate direction.
Agreed.
I'd feel dumb myself if I were to just ask people to spoon-feed me information.
I particularly enjoy mocking the ELI5 (explain like I'm 5 years old) bullshit.
Most of the people that say that are actually an insult to the average 5 year old, and even that sort of explanation would be beyond their own limited comprehension.
This!!!
There are other purposes for the "explain it to me like I'm a 5 year old" crap. The responses can make fodder for anti-Q journalism. Researchers are the "real" public face of Q. Almost all would not bother to respond to such stuff.
I have noticed, though, that we've done a lot of "reinventing the wheel." It would be nice to have somewhere to store and organize what we've already learned and discovered. It would give the newbies a place to study and catch up to the rest of us.
