How?! How in the hell does it cost that much for just under 15,000 troops?! What the fuck is all that money going to? Those troops were housed in the Capitol Bldg and then a parking garage for two weeks. Plus, if they really need them that bad, bivouac them in tents, not hotels. They're soldiers. They're used to dealing with way worse sleeping arrangements.

National guard is not used to way worse. active duty on the other hand...
Yeah that number does seem extremely high for a bunch of troops standing around on our own soil.
