Two qualities I look for when identifying someone who is not interested in helping:

1 - Name-calling

2 - meaningless arguments that amount to “if you don’t believe what I believe, than piss off.

People are worried and confused and have a right to be here to express their concerns. That in of itself does not make them a shill
