Wait, that's how the CA law works?

I thought it was a lot less liberal with a cutoff that matched closer to age of consent from other states.

I certainly remember the topic of child sex and age coming up a lot in the posts. I'm not 100 % certain it is now law within CA as I'm not in the Country, but it was certainly put forward for consideration.
