Yep Senator Leahy, a Democrat from Vermont. He has already shown bias he would vote to impeach if he was not going to judge. He has "promised" to be impartial as a judge though.

While they may have set a new precedent for impeaching a president not currently in office, they have also set a new precedent no one else has talked about yet that impeachment hearings can be conducted with no supreme court.
