The masks are causing severe respiratory problems today, including lung infections. I only wear a mask when and where it is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED... and then take the mask off to breathe the clean air again when it isn't required.

If you have to wear one, make sure it's cheap single layer, loose woven fabric. It won't block any virus... but then again neither does anyone else' mask. However, I can breathe more freely. I even open up the sides of my mask so I'm getting as much free clean air as possible from around the edges of the fabric.

I never got “Covid”, but when living in MAskachusetts I came down with a nasty bacterial sinusitis that lasted a month. I’m now in FL, rarely if ever wear a mask if ever.

This article did an amazing job at never mentioning the masks' role in fostering said bacteria. Lame
