Maybe... just maybe... the dimwit should declare that all interstate travel is prohibited unless you obtain a permit from the federal (sic) ‘government’ he pretends to be in charge of. I wonder if THEN the silly sleeping sheep will start to get even the slightest inkling - just the littlest twinge of an uncomfortable feeling- that something is wrong here.
