Also seems like a defamation lawsuit waiting to happen. What I would love to see, on the first day when Potus starts presenting his case, first thing in the morning, an army of 5-star generals come in with their briefcases to present the case. I don't know shit about law & I'm sure lawyers have to be named up front and all that, but seriously, I want to see every democrat swalwell their pants.
