Anyone else think Q and George is there to keep the civil war from happening? To calm us down and tell us there is a plan so we don’t go insane?

Seems very plausible. I think that is not the main goal but part of why they reached out. Didn't they consider how we would respond if they would have acted 4 years ago with a large military coup?
