same thing with liberals posting shit on social media and looking for attention

doing the thing isn't as fun as they thought

other people knowing and cheering you did the thing is the validation they want.

Yep, it's only through validation can they justify their crimes. Otherwise it tends to eat at people inside until they either confess or kill themselves (or both).
