How does one just up and disappear in the midst of obvious unrest? Where did they go? What are they doing? Are they on the same team? Where’s the news?

Sydney is probably prepping for the 19th.
Just because the news doesn’t cover it, doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
The Supreme court isn't hearing that case on the 19th, they are just going to decide whether to put in on the docket. I doubt Powell will even have anything more to contribute to that case before it's heard.
Then maybe she’s kicking back and waiting.
Hopefully she’s getting some rest.
