Question for Lawyers

I understand that the vaccine for Covid is a trail and if you take it you can’t sue the manufacturer but what about organization that forced you to take it. Couldn’t they be sued? Airline? Employers?

What if the manufacturer knew about side effects and didn’t say anything or hid them?

Not only is it trial is still considered experimental by the FDA even though they gave is an emergency use designation. To call it a vaccine is deceitful because per the manufacturer's own admission it doesn't make you immune to the Covid19 virus
